Als Alternative zum Online-Update kann eine Neu-Installation per USB-Stick erfolgen. Ein Konfigurations-Backup kann mit auf den USB-Stick übertragen werden, sodass die Unified Firewall nach erfolgtem Update direkt wieder betriebsbereit ist. |
Allgemeine Informationen zum Online-Update:
Da während des Online-Updates sowohl die Update-Datei als auch eine ISO Datei in Version 10.4.3 für den Restore-Point aus dem Internet heruntergeladen werden muss, kann das Update einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.
Die Unified Firewall wird insgesamt zweimal neustarten. Erst nach dem zweiten Neustart ist diese wieder einsatzbereit.

Trennen Sie die Unified Firewall während des Updates nicht vom Strom und trennen auch nicht die Netzwerk-Verbindung. Dies kann ansonsten dazu führen, dass die Unified Firewall nicht mehr funktionsfähig ist und die Neuinstallation per USB-Stick erforderlich macht! |
Möglichkeit 1: Es werden Update-URL(s) mit HTTPS verwendet
LCOS FX 10.4 unterstützt keine Update-URL mit HTTPS. Wird eine Update-URL mit HTTPS verwendet, kann der Update-Server nicht kontaktiert werden.
1. Verbinden Sie sich mit der Weboberfläche der Unified Firewall und wechseln in das Menü Firewall → Updates-Einst..
2. Wechseln Sie in den Reiter Einstellungen und stellen sicher, dass bei Update-Server keine URL mit HTTPS hinterlegt ist.

General information about the online update:
The online update can take some time as the update file and an ISO file of version 10.4.3 for the restore point have to be downloaded from the Internet.
The Unified Firewall will restart twice in total. It is ready for operation after the second restart.

Option 1: Using update URL(s) with HTTPS
LCOS FX 10.4 does not support update URLs with HTTPS. Any attempt to use an update URL with HTTPS will fail as the update server cannot be contacted.
1) Connect to the web interface of the Unified Firewall and navigate to the menu Firewall → Updates settings.
2) Switch to the tab Settings and make sure that the Update server is not set with a URL that uses HTTPS.

Multiple Internet connections are used
Performing the online update requires two files to be downloaded: the update to version 10.5 and the ISO version Bei Durchführung des Online-Updates werden zwei Dateien heruntergeladen, einmal das Update auf Version 10.5 und einmal die ISO Datei der Version 10.4.3 für den Recovery Point. Möglichkeit 4: Der Aktualisierungs-Dienst der Unified Firewall läuft nach 5 Minuten in einen Timeout
