Information:

With WLAN clients that use an Intel® "802.11ac"  WLAN module, an incompatibility of the Intel® driver used may prevent an SSID broadcast in the 802.11ax standard from being "seen" (see the following article on Intel-Website). As a result, the WLAN client cannot connect to the SSID.

We recommend the following troubleshooting procedure:

1. Update the driver of the Intel® WLAN module (see Intel Download Center).
2. Check whether the WLAN client can now connect to the 802.11ax SSID broadcast by the access point.
