Description:

This document describes how to send a modified SSH or telnet port number to PuTTY from LANconfig.

How to use LANconfig to connect external SSH clients is described in this Knowledge Base document.

Requirements:

• LCOS as of version 9 (download latest version)
• LANtools as of version 9 (download latest version)

Procedure:

1) In LANconfig , open the menu Tools → Options → Extras

2) In the External programs section, enter the path to the executable file (*.exe) for PuTTY.

3) Following the entry of the path, enter a space and then the variable %s.
