Description:

When an outgoing data connection of an ISDN subscriber (Clearmode) is sent via a SIP line, the router intercepts the connection instead of forwarding it because it assumes that it is an incoming ISDN WAN connection.

This article describes how the Call acceptance of data connections on Router interfaces can be deactivated.

When configuring the SIP line via one of the setup wizards, the option Call accepting on Router interfaces is deactivated automatically. In this case there is no need for action.

Requirements:

Procedure:

1) Open the router configuration in LANconfig and go to the menu Communication → General → Router interfaces.

2) For all Router interfaces set the option Call accepting to none.
