Description:
The error message "PAP NAK received" means password authentication protocol not acknowledged.
In this case, the authentication server of the Internet Service Provider has received your request (i.e. there is no physical problem) but has refused to authenticate the user data stored in the router (user name/password) during the PPP negotiation.
The cause of this can be incorrect user data, a blocking of the account by the ISP (Internet Service Provider), or multiple dial-ins with same user data, among others.

Procedure:
You can correct your access data in LANconfig under Communication → Protocols → PPP list.
