This document describes how to avoid problems with e-mail delivery by the integrated mail client due to incorrect parameters in the device name.

If the device name in the configuration (menu Management -> General) contains one or more special characters, such as a + (plus), the integrated mail client will be unable to send e-mails. Similarly, the device name should not include any space characters.

The device name must be changed so that it does not contain any special characters and/or space characters.
