Information:
You can send encrypted e-mails with SSL/STARTTLS-encryption from LANCOM routers with LCOS version 8.84 and later (download latest version).
Encryption is set up in the menu Log & Trace → SMTP account.
Many e-mail providers will be activating transport encryption on their systems by April 2014. If the e-mail provider changes the transport encryption and also the SMTP port, you must alos enter this SMTP port. For information about this, contact your e-mail provider.
