Description: This document describes how to set the language for a Telnet or SSH session. Requirements:
- The latest LANtools (download)
- An installed Telnet or SSH client (e.g. PuTTY)
Procedure: 1) Start LANconfig and right-click on the entry for the router. 2) Select from the menu WEBconfig/Console session -> Open Telnet session or Open SSH session. 3) To change the language from English to German, for example, enter following command at the command prompt: lang deu 4) To return to English, enter the command lang eng. Note: The Telnet or SSH session must be restarted after the changing the language. |
