When the LANCOM Advanced VPN Client is operated on Microsoft Surface tablets, it is occasionally possible for the software to lose its activation information after some time, and it reports that a re-activation is required.

Solution to the problem:

If this is the case for you, please refer to the LANCOM Support and send us a description of the fault along with the 8-digit serial number of your VPN Client license (begins with 210, 211 or 212).

The LANCOM Support staff will then provide you with a workaround.
