The Public Spot has the feature Multiple Login so that multiple devices can log in to the Public Spot using the same login credentials.
In LCOS versions up to and including 10.20 RU4, exceeding the maximum permitted number of logins outputs a general error message that does not indicate its cause.
As of LCOS 10.20 RU5 and 10.30 Rel an error message is issued which describes the exact cause.
